New to Glassworld
These four new exciting Kokomo glasses have just been added to our
selection. Great glass for many different types of projects.
Kokomo Glass is the oldest manufacturer of opalescent and
cathedral stained glass in the world.
They have the ability to manufacture over 22,000 different colour/density/texture
combinations, and have been in continuous operation since 1888.
Wonderful for Leadlight and lampshades alike.
Inland Edgemaster
Foiling Machine
The Edgemaster Glass
Foiler applies copper foil tape to all edges of stained glass. It is
the only foiler engineered within the last ten
years. It has improved upon the best features of other foilers
currently available. For example, the application wheel crimps the
foil automatically while it is being applied. A tension wheel
prevents the foil from unraveling when foil isn't being drawn.
The foil application
wheel has a small diameter so that tight inside curves can still be
foiled. An adjustable foil backing peeler can be moved close to the
foil to assure the backing is consistently removed. The foil rolling
wheels are positioned such that they will overhang a workbench or
table, allowing easier foiling of all sizes of glass and more
alternative foiling positions.
Mosaic Cutters
The special
 carbide
cutters easily 'nips' off pieces of glass, and these pliers are used
to cut down glass strips for mosaic projects. The vinyl coated
handle is spring-loaded for comfort and easy use. The pliers are
200mm long.
