Delivery
Glassworld can supply you, the Glass Craftsman, your desired
products delivered to your home via Australia Post *See Note for one small delivery charge, no matter how large
your order! Orders are usually processed the same day and are dispatched either same day
or next depending on time order is placed.
Out of stocks
If your order is out of stock
we will contact you where possible to confirm a replacement product. If we cannot contact
you we will supply a similar product to your order. Any replacement we send will be fully
exchangeable if you do not require or like the substitute we supplied. ** See Note
Currency
All amounts shown on the Glassworld site are in Australian
dollars. We are unable to supply goods outside of Australia via the store unless
prior arrangements have been made with Customer Service via email. We can supply
goods overseas that are fully paid for in advance via bank transfer or international money

Goods and Services Tax
All Goods incur a goods and services tax (GST).
Freight charges also incur GST. The amount of GST will be shown individually at the
checkout. This rate may change as directed by the Australian Government.
Defective goods
All goods are covered by their respective
warranties against faults. If you have a product you believe to be faulty please contact
us by email
here or call us by phone BEFORE returning
your goods within 7 days of receiving your order. We will give you
instructions on how to return the goods in question and issue you with a Return Authority Number (RAN)

We cannot accept responsibility for any goods returned or freight
incurred without our prior knowledge. If you feel you have received faulty goods you must
contact us via email here or phone
within
7 days of it's receipt.
Glassworld will happily exchange or refund any
goods found to be defective at our cost.
Returns
If we have made a mistake in shipping your order, contact us within 7 days of
receipt by email here or phone and we will
instruct you how to return the goods. Return goods ONLY after we have issued you a
Return Authority Number (RAN)

We cannot accept responsibility for any goods returned or freight
incurred without our prior knowledge. The merchandise must still be in its
original, unopened package so we can resell it as new & unused merchandise. When
returned, we will ship the correct item and pay all the freight costs. We will
replace your goods immediately on receiving your return accompanied by the RAN.
If you want to return undamaged merchandise that you ordered, you
can do so within 7 days of its receipt. Email us here or phone for a Return
Authority Number (RAN)

The product must still be in its original, unopened package so we can resell it as new
merchandise. You will have to pay the freight for its return. When received
and inspected, you will be issued a credit for the merchandise less a 20% restocking /
handling fee ($5 min.). The freight to is not refundable.
This policy is strictly followed with no exceptions. Our
on-line store is designed to help you know what you are ordering by providing a picture of
each item ordered to prevent ordering errors. To be sure what you are ordering,
click the picture or more info button to see a larger picture and additional information.
We're sorry but we can't accept returns on: Glass or glass
products, books, patterns or items with patterns, glass cutters, lead cames, chemicals,
tool kits, and products with a limited shelf-life like paints and adhesive lead.
Delivery refusals are treated as undamaged merchandise returns and are subject to terms
described above.
* Some goods cannot
be carried by Australia Post and are sent to you via a local courier service. In this case
goods may be delivered to your local courier depot for collection. GST applies to freight
cost.
** Substitutes
that Glassworld supplies in lieu of out of stocks can be returned as long as they are in
their original condition and not opened, used or marked in any way.

Do not return goods unless we issue you a RAN (Return
Authority Number) e-mail us or phone to
obtain a RAN. Because returns received without a RAN often get lost or sidetracked,
they will be refused, or, at our option, treated as returned merchandise if saleable and
subject to the restocking fees described above.
